RethinkWaste and Recology San Mateo County are rolling out new Recycle, Compost and Garbage collection services to make it easier than ever for businesses, property owners and managers to recycle more. Check out the links below to learn more and find out why recycling is smart business!
Recycle
Businesses currently recycle less than 25% of what they throw out; meaning 75% is being disposed in a landfill. Commercial customers that subscribe to garbage collection service are entitled to Single Stream recycling service at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

Compost collection services are subscription based and offered at a reduced rate. Think you don’t have items accepted in the compost program? Think again!

Anything that can’t be recycled or composted goes into the black Garbage cart. Remember, anything that is placed into the garbage goes directly to the landfill.
