BizSMART

What Is BizSMART?
Changes are taking place to the Recycle, Compost and Garbage collection services offered to businesses, property owners and managers in the RethinkWaste service area.
Recycle
Businesses currently recycle less than 25% of what they throw out; meaning 75% is being disposed in a landfill. Commercial customers that subscribe to garbage collection service are entitled to Single Stream recycling service at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
Compost
Compost collection services are subscription based and offered at a reduced rate. Think you don’t have items accepted in the compost program? Think again!
Garbage
Anything that can’t be recycled or composted goes into the black Garbage cart. Remember, anything that is placed into the garbage goes directly to the landfill.
Additional Services/Resources
There are additional services and resources offered through BizSMART on properly managing items/materials not accepted in your Recycle, Compost, Garbage carts/bins.
