A big part of our job is making sure you get the best possible service at the best rates. To do this we regularly monitor the performance of the company providing those services to you through monthly reports. On April 3, the SBWMA will hold the annual Performance Review of Allied Waste. A performance hearing panel consisting of SBWMA board members will focus primarily on the following areas:
- Collection operations, including the quality of service and number of missed pick-ups.
- Customer service, including call center performance, service to member agencies, and so on.
- Recycling programs including residential and commercial services.
- Shoreway Recycling and Disposal Center management, including public recycling programs, scalehouse operations and handling of trash and recyclables.
