- City facilities and events
- Public education and outreach needs
- Customer service needs and standards
Facilities and Equipment
- Contractor- or resident-provided containers
- Recyclable materials processing at the Shoreway Recycling Center or other facility
- Improvements to recycling equipment and transfer station
