With the holiday times approaching, you can play an active role in reducing the amount of waste that is discarded into the landfill. Here are a few simple things you can do:

Purchase gifts of time, such as movie or theatre tickets, restaurant gift certificates, or a parks pass to please even the most persnickety consumer.
Reuse :: Incorporate Reuse At Parties
Rent plates, glassware, and linen for your parties. Not only will your guests appreciate your generosity, but they'll admire your environmental sensitivity.
Recycle :: Recycle Holiday Glam
You can recycle your tree, gift wrap and boxes, and even empty eggnog containers.
