Residents who live in single-family homes have weekly curbside Recycle, Compost and Garbage collection services through Recology San Mateo County. CartSMART is the smarter way for residents in single-family homes in the RethinkWaste service area to recycle more and compost your yard trimmings and food scraps.  Check out the links below to learn more about CartSMART. What is CartSMART?
