The SBWMA Multi-family Dwelling Program is provided in collaboration with Allied and focuses on:

  • Reducing the amount of trash generated by multi-family complexes.
  • Increasing opportunities for multi-family dwelling residents to recycle.
  • Increasing recycling activity by multi-family dwelling residents.
  • Making recycling easy and convenient for residents to encourage participation.

Twice a year, the SBWMA Multi-family Dwelling Program provides On-Call Bulky Item Pick-Up Service to recycle large items and to dispose of excess trash or bulky items.
